What we collect
- When you book a discovery call: your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your business in the booking form.
- When you use the AI Readiness Quiz: your first name, last name, business name, email address, and your quiz answers and score.
- When you contact us by email or phone: your contact details and what you tell us.
- When you visit this website: [basic usage data, such as pages viewed and device type, through analytics cookies. Delete this line if you use none.]
How we use it and why
- To arrange and run your discovery call, and to reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To email you your quiz results. Our lawful basis is your request for them.
- To send you further emails about our services. We do this only if you have agreed, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. [If you also rely on legitimate interests for business contacts, say so here.]
- To keep records and run our business. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in doing so.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers who process it on our behalf: Google, TidyCal, VBout , Pabbly Connect , Resend, and our website host. Some of these are based outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Quiz entries: 24 months. Client records: 6 years after the work ends, for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email jonathan@qualifydconsulting.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
